The objective of this European event is to offer a forum to IT managers, technical system professionals and application developers to learn from each other, provide and share their own experience reports, hear from IBM and its partners about new developments and solutions.
It has been 55 years since the first Mainframe, IBM System/360, was delivered with the promise to cover the complete range of applications, from small to large, both commercial and scientific. Since then we have evolved along with the technology and sometimes even ahead of it, but IBM Z has kept the promise to cover all enterprise workloads, which is only possible providing a flexible and secure infrastructure and so the motto this year is:
